How It Works



Floor Warming ZMesh Element

These low-voltage products are safely installed under the floor covering. Floors can be heated with ZMesh or Tuff Cable.
Floor Heating Control Unit

A Control Unit heats the element underneath the floors producing luxurious warmth and comfort. Dimensions: 17"x12"x8"

        

An activation device or thermostat allows you to select the perfect temperature for the floor. Dimensions: 3"x5.6"x1.6"

The Installation


 Floor Warming Installing

ZMesh can be nailed or stapled through, making its installation easier than other systems. Costly and disruptive floor "build-ups" are eliminated with the use of the flat ZMesh heating element.

 

Tuff Cable is installed in concrete floors and mud-beds. Tuff Cable can also be used outside for melting snow and ice.

 Retrofit Floor Warming Application

Tuff Cable can be retrofit (installed into previously poored cement) and used for floor warming and for melting snow and ice. Grooves are saw cut into concrete, and sealant is used to protect and secure the installed Tuff Cable.
