How It Works

Floor Warming ZMesh Element

These products are safely installed under the floor covering. Floors can be heated with ZMesh, Tuff Cable, Cozy Heat, Floorizwarm or Heatwave Mats
Floor Heating Control Unit

A Control Unit or Relay Panel powers the element underneath the floors producing luxurious warmth and comfort.

An activation device or thermostat allows you to select the perfect temperature for the floor.

The Installation

 Floor Warming Installing
Zmesh can be nailed or stapled through, making its installation easier than other systems. Costly and disruptive floor "build-ups" are eliminated with the use of the flat ZMesh heating element.

Tuff Cable or Cozy Heat is installed in concrete floors and mud-beds. These products can also be used outside for melting snow and ice.

 Retrofit Floor Warming Application
Tuff Cable and Cozy Heat can be retrofit (installed into previously poored cement) and used for floor warming and for melting snow and ice. Grooves are saw cut into concrete, and sealant is used to protect and secure the installed heating element.
